We’re very excited about our commitment to providing bike racks for school using our mandatory bag charge to buy them.
Unfortunately, we didn’t anticipate the amount of red tape we have to go through to get them to the schools.
Whilst we live in hope for that, we’ve decided with this months money we will sponsor the ‘Rainham Litter Heroes’ by funding their litter pickers, dustpan & brushes and ‘litter rings’ (which apparently are essential)
As you can see from this update, they are making a great difference to our town.
