"Holding On Letting Go" is a Kent-based charity that helps children and their carers to cope following the death of someone close to them.

Since 1998, Holding On Letting Go has been providing support for bereaved children and their carers.

The charity is in part, financially supported by Children in Need and Wards and is also The Mayor of Medway’s nominated "Charity of the Year" but the charity relies on local support in fundraising to continue their good work.
