HELLO SUMMER, HELLO HAKKA NOODLES!



Whilst you'd not normally expect to see "noodles" on an Indian menu, over the past few years there's been a trend to mix cultures to bring different flavours to our plates. Hakka noodles are an "Indo-Chinese" fusion dish which have noodles as their base, but are packed full of Indian spices and flavours to bring them alive.


And whilst we are an Indian & Bangladesh restaurant, we're also called "Spice Fusion" - so it makes perfect sense to bring this fusion trend to our menu. Our “Hakka Noodle” dishes offer you the chance to enjoy something lighter and different this summer.


 

NEW! TANGRA HAKKA NOODLES


Ginger, chillies, and burnt garlic give the backbone to this hot and sour Indo-Chinese noodle dish.

Enjoy these as a chicken, vegetable, Red Snapper or King prawn dish.

NEW! DHANSAK HAKKA NOODLES

Flavoured with our spices, then tossed with a hot, sweet and sour Dhansak sauce.

Enjoy these as a chicken, vegetable, Red Snapper or King prawn dish.


We suggest enjoying Dhansak Hakka Noodles with Spiced Potatoes & Garlic Mushrooms on the side.
